LeadWise

LeadWise is a leadership development application designed to equip new managers with essential skills through self-paced microlearning and an AI-powered management coach. The platform focuses on building leadership habits through short, five-minute content modules and weekly exercises, moving away from traditional, day-long training programs. The core curriculum, the Emerging Leaders Program, is a ten-week course structured around 12 key leadership behaviors grouped into three categories: Building Relationships, Developing Yourself and Others, and Growing Your Business. The program is delivered via a mobile web app and includes a digital workbook and a digital certificate upon completion. The AI coach, named Lisa, provides ongoing, on-demand support for leadership challenges. The program is self-directed, allowing participants to learn at their own pace, and is open to everyone regardless of their company's offering.
