Prudai B.V. stands for "prudent use of AI": the safe, transparent and responsible deployment of artificial intelligence in business processes. From Enschede we develop specialised, agentic AI colleagues that reduce the administrative burden in the legal sector, healthcare, construction, the public sector and SMEs — so that professionals have time again to make real impact.

Our approach centres on a private Large Language Model that, fed with your organisation's data and knowledge, acts as a central knowledge brain. Our AI assistants work as virtual colleagues — a legal adviser, a risk officer or a technician — who automate routine tasks and support employees with verifiable, source-checkable answers.

Our team combines public administration, business administration and technical expertise: we look not only at technical feasibility, but also at organisational embedding, compliance and the business case. Everything runs on private, data-secure infrastructure within the EU/EEA, with security and privacy by design and zero-retention AI inference; customer data is never used to train models.
