It assists with onboarding, recruitment, and strategic decisions, aiming to reduce burnout, mishires, and absenteeism, while fostering innovation and identifying problematic team dynamics. The platform utilizes a modern employee engagement approach with periodic pulse surveys and an intuitive swiping app interface. After answering approximately 200 questions, users receive a personal report detailing their personality traits (based on the Big Five model: Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, and Neuroticism) and assigning a "personal animal". The app prioritizes user anonymity, allowing individuals to choose when, or if, they unveil their identity to team administrators to access their full personal report and be included in overall team results.
