The session features Alain Goumou, CTO and Founder of TínaanTech; Pierre Sedi, Presidential Category Winner 2024 and Engineer at Tosali Technologies, presenting Cerebro; H.E. Ms. Angellah Jasmine Mbelwa Kairuki, Minister of Communication and Information Technology of Tanzania; H.E. Mr. Raafat Hendy, Minister at Egypt’s Ministry of Communications and Information Technology; and Mahmoud Badawi, Assistant Minister for Digital Transformation at Egypt’s Ministry of Communications and Information Technology.
