Description from the channel

Yaroslav Azhnyuk, CEO of The Fourth Law, and one of Ukraine's leading autonomous drone engineers, makes an argument most people in the AI ethics conversation haven't considered: within 5 to 10 years, it may become unethical to use weapons without AI - not the other way around. His reasoning is direct. Non-AI weapons are less precise. They cause more collateral damage. In the same way that driving a car without safety systems will eventually seem irresponsible, using weapons that can't discriminate, can't self-correct, and can't operate at software speed may come to be seen as the greater ethical failure. The conventional framing says AI weapons are the ethical risk. Bohdan says the risk is what happens when one side uses them and the other doesn't.
