Noëlle Cicilia is the co-founder and CEO of Brush AI, an Amsterdam-based consultancy focused on developing responsible and human-centered AI systems. As an enthusiastic data scientist with an Engineering Doctorate in Data Science, she specializes in AI ethics, algorithmic fairness, and making complex AI concepts understandable. Her commitment to integrating ethics and societal responsibility into AI development earned her the Responsible AI Leader Award in 2024 and the AI Person of the Year award in 2025.
