Rochelle Niemeijer is the co-founder and Chief Scientific Officer (CSO) of Nostics, a MedTech startup focused on advanced diagnostic solutions for infectious diseases. With a background in Nanobiology from TU Delft and Erasmus MC, her expertise lies in leveraging nanotechnology, photonics, and machine learning to create fast, affordable, and accessible diagnostic tools. Inspired by a volunteer trip to Cambodia, she leads Nostics in developing innovations like a portable AI-based test kit for rapid bacterial identification, aiming to combat antibiotic misuse.
