Het fonds is opgericht door twee fondsmanagers met 25 jaar ICT-expertise, Eric Koek en Wim van Ginkel, en biedt kapitaal, expertise op het gebied van sales, marketing, finance en operations, en toegang tot netwerk. Ze richten zich op bedrijven die positieve impact creëren in duurzaamheid, gezondheidszorg en voedingstechnologie, met als doel ongeveer 6 investeringen te doen met checks tussen €50.000 en €100.000.
