## About the team
Our Compliance team in the Netherlands helps financial institutions navigate regulation, implement RegTech solutions, and embed Responsible AI principles. We work with clients to modernize compliance functions and integrate innovative technologies.

## Your role

### Regulation & RegTech

• Support in analyzing new Dutch and EU regulations (e.g., AMLR 2027, DORA, MiCA, EU AI Act)
• Assist with implementation of RegTech solutions that streamline compliance and improve operational resilience
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical strategies and business models for banks, fintechs, and payment service providers

### Responsible AI

• Apply Responsible AI principles in compliance projects for ethical, transparent, and explainable AI use
• Contribute to initiatives that leverage generative AI and workflow automation to improve compliance processes

### Data & Innovation

• Use data analytics and AI for identification and risk mitigation (money laundering, financial crime)
• Explore emerging technologies such as machine learning and blockchain for compliance applications

### Team & Collaboration
You join Accenture's Risk & Compliance team within Strategy & Consulting, working with experienced professionals on high-impact projects for leading financial institutions.
