# AI Data Associate
Amazon is looking for an AI Data Associate to undertake foundational labeling functions for generative AI development. You will work with diverse data types including text, speech, audio, image, and video to deliver high-quality labelled data using provided guidelines.
## Key Responsibilities
- Maintain strict confidentiality and follow Amazon policies for securing confidential information
- Work with various data modalities: text, speech, audio, image, and video
- Deliver high-quality labelled data to meet KPIs using in-house tools and software
- Generate high quality human insight data across multiple modalities
- Make sound judgments and logical decisions with ambiguous or incomplete information
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and ability to switch between task categories
- Support daily operational deliverables for multiple assigned task types
- Analyze root causes, identify error patterns, and propose solutions to enhance labeling quality
- Identify process and operational issues and suggest improvements
- Provide floor support to clarify internal queries during execution
