# AI & Digital Innovation Specialist
## Summary
We are looking for a forward-thinking AI & Digital Innovation Specialist who drives digital transformation across the organization. This role focuses on identifying, testing and implementing practical digital tools—including AI, machine learning, process automation, analytics and workflow solutions—to improve efficiency, reduce manual work, strengthen decision-making and support innovation across all departments.
## Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Digital Tool Integration: Evaluate, implement and support emerging digital tools that improve workflows, collaboration and productivity across departments
- AI Application: Partner with business leaders and functional teams to identify and deploy AI and automation solutions, including workflow automation, generative AI for content management and analytics dashboards
- Innovation Pipeline: Create and maintain a digital innovation roadmap, conduct pilot projects, measure results and scale successful solutions
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure coordinated adoption of digital solutions and consistent communication
- Process Improvement: Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to streamline work and improve efficiency
- Data Strategy: Support data governance practices to ensure information is accurate, accessible and secure
- Compliance and Risk Awareness: Ensure digital solutions comply with company policies, security and privacy requirements
- Training & Change Management: Develop training materials and support user adoption
## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, computer science, engineering, operations, analytics, organizational development or related field
- 3+ years of experience in digital transformation, business process improvement, innovation, analytics, technology enablement or related roles
- Experience with generative AI tools, workflow automation, data visualization platforms, collaboration tools and change management tools
- Strong project management, communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel and flexibility to work
## Nice to Have
- Master's degree is a plus
- Certifications in AI, automation, analytics, project management or cloud platforms
- Knowledge of data analysis, systems implementation or basic scripting
