## About the role
We're looking for an experienced AI Native Staff Engineer to design and implement AI-driven product features end-to-end. You'll build agentic AI systems in the recruitment space where LLMs, agents and traditional software work together.

## What you'll do

• Design and launch AI-driven product features end-to-end
• Architect systems where LLMs, agents and traditional software work together
• Implement RAG pipelines, structured reasoning flows and tool-using agents
• Continuously improve reliability, latency and cost-efficiency
• Use AI agents to accelerate development, testing and architecture decisions
• Prototype quickly and ship production-ready systems
• Set up internal AI tools that multiply team output
• Translate product problems into scalable AI-driven solutions
• Mentor engineers in AI-native workflows
• Contribute to long-term technical direction

## Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Proven track record of designing and delivering large-scale production systems
• Experience with LLM-powered features in production
• Designed and implemented RAG systems in production environments
• Built or architected AI agents or tool-using multi-step reasoning systems
• Designed evaluation frameworks for LLM output quality and safety
• Experience optimizing AI systems for latency and cost-efficiency
• Strong backend engineering fundamentals (APIs, distributed systems, data modeling)
• Cloud-native experience (GCP, AWS or Azure)
• Active use of AI tools and agents in engineering workflow
• Ability to design systems where AI components and deterministic systems work together
• Experience with complex technical initiatives and mentoring senior engineers
