AI Engineer

# AI/ML Engineer at Channable

Join our AI team to develop machine learning solutions that power exciting new product features. The team consists of two AI Engineers, a Product Manager, and a Team Lead, collaborating closely with UI/UX Designer, Frontend Engineer, and QA Engineer.

## Your Responsibilities

• Develop AI features end-to-end
• Lead projects in close collaboration with Product and Engineering teams
• Leverage proprietary training data to develop or improve AI models
• Maintain model training and serving infrastructure using both internal and external tools

## About You

• AI/ML engineer or software engineer with machine learning affinity
• Great communicator who bridges customer demands and technical solutions
• At least 4 years of working experience in a similar role
• Team player who enjoys learning and sharing knowledge
• Strong ownership and stakeholder management skills
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms with PyTorch experience
• Knowledge of Python libraries: FastAPI, Pydantic, asyncio, requests, SQLAlchemy
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Polars, DuckDB
• Good working knowledge of Linux, Git, and command-line
• High engineering standards and code quality focus
• Available for at least 32 hours per week
• Willing to come to Utrecht office 2 days per week
• Valid work permit required
