## AI Solutions Engineer
CLEVR is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to drive digital transformation through AI-powered solutions. This role combines curiosity with execution, focusing on designing prompts, building intelligent agents, integrating LLMs into real business processes, and translating emerging AI capabilities into practical solutions.
### Key Responsibilities
- Build smart AI solutions for clients, from early-stage prototypes and MVMs to production-ready applications such as AI agents, business applications, and intelligent automations
- Design robust AI and non-AI architectures and integrate them into existing systems and workflows using APIs, middleware, vector search, prompt orchestration, and retrieval pipelines
- Help shape CLEVR's AI delivery capability by developing internal tools, reusable accelerators, and scalable ways of working
- Partner with consultants, architects, and clients to turn business challenges into practical AI solutions, and support and lead workshops, demos, and discovery sessions
- Explore and evaluate the latest AI tools, models, and frameworks, while sharing knowledge internally and driving AI-first thinking across the organisation
### Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience building software, automations, or AI-powered applications in real-world environments
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and building and shipping AI solutions, including agents, copilots, and other real-world applications
- Strong communication skills, curiosity, and a builder mindset; client-facing or consultancy experience is a plus
- Strong coding skills in TypeScript/JavaScript (must-have) and Python (preferred)
- Experience with Git and setting up pipelines in GitHub
- Experience integrating solutions through APIs, webhooks, and cloud platforms
- Familiarity with modern AI tools and frameworks such as Codex, Claude Code, and OpenCode
- Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and verbal)
