# Senior AI Engineer
Complexio is the intelligence layer for enterprise AI. We're looking for a Senior AI Engineer with broad expertise to develop innovative applications that leverage AI capabilities.
## Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, engineers) to develop key features and applications
- Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications
- Benchmark, analyze, and optimize web applications for scalability, security, and responsiveness
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and development of coding standards
## Requirements
- Excellent problem-solving and technical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Interest and experience in working on early-stage software
- Proven experience using technology to build lasting products
- M.Sc or Ph.D degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in Software development
- Experience with both compiled languages (Rust, OCaml, Golang, Java, C#) and dynamic languages (Javascript, Python, Ruby)
- Experience building web applications or desktop applications (Electron, Tauri, React, Vue.js)
- Familiarity with CI/CD principles and technologies (GitHub Actions or similar)
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (Postgres, Redis, Neo4j, MongoDB)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
## Nice to Have
- Experience with graph databases (Neo4j, Pinecone, Milvious)
- Experience building native desktop apps
- Experience with NLP libraries (spaCy, Transformers)
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and NLP datasets
