AI Engineer

As an AI Engineer within the Intelligent Experience team, you will convert Proof of Concepts into scalable software and bridge the gap between customer needs and software architecture. You will transform ideas into scalable and secure production code with a focus on stability and performance, translate stakeholder needs into concrete software requirements, design and build enterprise-grade PHP and Python (micro)services and AI-integrated applications, professionalise PoCs by implementing testing, observability, logging, monitoring, and CI/CD practices, be interested in modern AI techniques such as RAG systems and Agentic AI, work closely with AI Process Developers to connect Agentic AI-driven systems to your software, ensure code quality and security by applying best practices, actively contribute to technical decisions and architecture choices, support junior engineers with guidance and knowledge sharing, and monitor developments in the AI landscape.
