AI Engineer

As an AI Engineer, you are the technical force that brings AI and ML models from development to production. You bridge the gap between Data Science and a robust production environment. You work on implementing solutions for our clients based on ML, GenAI and/or Optimizer technologies. You flexibly switch between tech stacks (Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, Kubernetes) and ensure that AI solutions run reliably and scale. Together with data scientists, cloud engineers and developers, you build end-to-end solutions that make an impact.

Project examples:

• Developing an MLOps, Data Science lab for enterprise AI teams
• Implementing a GenAI solution for document processing
• Productionalization of OR models for logistics/personnel planning

What you bring:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Strong programming skills in Python (knowledge of object-oriented programming, algorithms and data structures)
• Experience with CI/CD, Git and software engineering best practices
• Solid knowledge of at least one cloud platform (Azure, AWS or GCP) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, CDK)
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and MLOps frameworks (MLflow, Kubeflow, Azure ML)
• At least 4-8 years of relevant experience in AI/ML engineering or software engineering
• A learning mindset and the ability to quickly master new technologies
• Excellent command of both Dutch and English
