Interim GenAI Value Lead (12 maanden/fulltime)

As GenAI Value Lead, you are responsible for identifying, designing, and realizing AI solutions that directly contribute to business objectives within a leading international organization in the energy sector.

You work at the intersection of business, innovation, and AI technology and help the organization make processes smarter, faster, and more consistent through the deployment of AI agents, Conversational AI, and Generative AI solutions. You are responsible for the strategic direction and actively contribute to the future AI strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Translating business needs into scalable AI solutions
• Developing and optimizing AI agents and Conversational AI applications
• Improving promptflows, RAG implementations, and AI interactions
• Monitoring quality, reliability, and safety of AI solutions
• Identifying and implementing new developments in Agentic AI and GenAI
• Active contribution to the long-term AI vision
• Investigating how new technologies can contribute to future digital work processes

You work closely with AI specialists, Product Owners, and business stakeholders.
