# Domain Tech Lead - Retail Banking Analytics
Within ING Analytics (INGA), we are seeking a Domain Tech Lead to join our Retail Banking Analytics (RBA) team in Amsterdam. You will be responsible for products and architecture in your domain, shaping ways of working and culture.
## Key Responsibilities
- Co-create domain product roadmaps
- Establish fast path to production
- Steer vision on components and architecture
- Ensure implementations follow best practices and align with ING's tech landscape
- Build centralized domain knowledge
- Strengthen domain culture
- Mentor other engineers
- Work end-to-end across functional and non-functional requirements
- Collaborate with multiple teams including infrastructure to translate architecture into actionable designs
## Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of machine learning project life cycles and data engineering
- Experience designing complex IT landscapes including governance, standards, and methodology
- Knowledge of software and data engineering best practices
- Proven delivery and coordination skills (planning, reporting, dependency management)
- Hands-on experience running machine learning engineering workloads in public cloud environments (preferably GCP)
- Advanced Python skills with experience building data pipelines and applying model training/testing practices
- Ability to work in semi-remote, globally distributed teams
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong English communication and presentation skills
