# Data Scientist – GenAI Chatbot (Internship)
Join ING Bank's Chatbot team as a Data Scientist intern focused on Generative AI and chatbot solutions. You'll work with business domain experts, data analysts, and other data scientists to improve customer experiences through innovative AI-powered chat solutions.
## Responsibilities
- Analyze data, transcripts, and external reports across chat journeys and other channels (search, call, etc.) to uncover key insights and opportunities
- Transform insights into actionable, measurable proposals that drive objective achievement
- Collaborate with engineers to refine development ideas and implement improvements
- Work with business stakeholders to enhance new features and ensure real value delivery
## Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Econometrics, Statistics, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field
- Passionate about delivering high-quality solutions for customers and employees
- Strong problem-solving mindset with creative approach to challenging the status quo
- Drive for continuous improvement with self-reflection and accountability
- Fluent in English
- Must be enrolled at a Dutch university (or EU university for EU passport holders) during internship
