Coach

As a senior coach/counsellor, you conduct telephone intakes and guide (complex) coaching and counselling trajectories. You support clients in addressing personal and work-related issues, with the goal of enhancing their wellbeing and functioning. You also contribute to team growth through mentoring and peer consultation.

Tasks:

• Telephone intakes and coaching/counselling sessions (online, telephone and occasionally face-to-face)
• Conducting telephone services (between 9:00 and 17:00, according to schedule)
• Case management and advice on referrals within the network
• Peer consultation and mentoring for colleagues and network partners
• Participating in the chatbox on agreed days
• Active participation in daily brief team meetings and weekly team meetings
