Lead Data Scientist Mortgages

Lead Data Scientist in AI/GenAI for mortgage domain. Set direction for applied AI solutions, lead use cases from problem framing to production and adoption, and define technical roadmap for Data Science, GenAI and agentic AI. Work hands-on with solution-oriented mindset translating business challenges into scalable AI solutions. Take end-to-end ownership of high-impact AI and GenAI solutions including problem framing, solution design, experimentation, evaluation, deployment, monitoring and adoption. Work with modern AI capabilities including foundation models, LLMs, agentic patterns, and managed AI services (currently OpenAI). Act as senior technical sparring partner for AI engineers, architects and product leads. Coach and mentor data scientists to strengthen team capabilities and technical maturity. Operate in dynamic stakeholder environment, aligning business, product and engineering towards shared vision through expertise and influence.
