# Product Designer
ScreenPoint Medical is seeking a hands-on, customer-driven Product Designer to shape how clinicians, healthcare teams, and patients experience AI across the Transpara product family for breast cancer care.
## Key Responsibilities
- Design product experiences: Turn product strategy into mockups, prototypes, and production-ready UI across breast AI product family, balancing clinical value, regulatory requirements, and partner commitments
- Map clinical and patient workflows: Collaborate with Product Managers and Clinical Scientists to map breast imaging workflows from radiologist reading to broader care team and patient interactions
- Run customer and user research: Plan and conduct structured interviews with radiologists, healthcare professionals, and patients worldwide; synthesize findings into validated design decisions
- Own the design system and visual language: Maintain and evolve cross-product design language, component library, color system, and brand consistency
- Bridge design, clinical, and R&D: Act as design link from concept through delivery, surfacing risks and ensuring clinical insights translate into product decisions
- Visualize strategy: Develop northstar visuals and concept artifacts that align R&D, Clinical, and Commercial on product direction
## Requirements
- 5+ years as Product Designer / UX Designer with strong portfolio of shipped product work
- Demonstrated ability to design for complex professional users (B2B, expert tooling, technical or scientific workflows)
- Hands-on user research experience: planning and running structured interviews, synthesizing findings
- Strong visual design craft: comfortable owning UI design, design systems, brand-consistent experiences
- Experience working in or closely with cross-functional R&D teams (software, AI, data science, clinical)
- Strong communication skills bridging design, technical, clinical, and partner perspectives
## Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing for medical imaging, radiology, clinical software, or regulated professional domains
- Familiarity with regulated product development (MDR, FDA, ISO 13485)
- Workflow or service design background
- Hands-on experience with Figma, prototyping tools, design system maintenance
- Awareness of DICOM, HL7, or clinical IT integration patterns
- Experience with patient-facing or consumer healthcare products
