# Work-Student/Young Professional Programme at Society College Tech
Are you an HBO or university student or a recent graduate in a technical or ICT field? Do you want to gain relevant practical experience with impact alongside your studies?
## The Role
In a position for at least 16 hours per week, you work at a public or private organisation and apply your theoretical knowledge directly in practice. You contribute to challenging projects in one of these areas:
- Artificial Intelligence (AI): Develop and implement AI solutions to optimise processes and support innovative projects (for example in the security or sustainability domain)
- Electrical engineering projects: Contribute to innovative installations and sustainable energy systems for Defence
- 3D printing & robotics: Build prototypes, automate processes and work with the latest technology
- Cyber & ICT: Contribute to cybersecurity initiatives, data analysis and implementation of smart ICT solutions
## The Development Programme
Besides work experience, you participate in our unique development programme with events, volunteering activities, workshops and personal coaching. The programme includes:
