As a Business Transformation / Account Manager, you are an active participant in marketing transformation projects. You are the essential link for maintaining client relationships and initiating and overseeing innovative media projects executed by WPP Media in collaboration with media operators.
## Responsibilities:
- Strategic partner: You build and maintain strong client relationships. You are their dedicated point of contact, identify growth opportunities, and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Lead execution: You orchestrate complex transformation programs from start to finish. From planning through implementation, you ensure WPP solutions are optimally deployed.
- Monitor quality: You keep a close eye on progress, scope, budget, deadlines, and quality.
- Connect people: You manage and connect all stakeholders – internal specialists and external partners – to achieve client objectives.
- WPP ambassador: You inspire clients with end-to-end marketing solutions and contribute to cross-sell opportunities.
- Coordination & organization: You are primarily responsible for organizing and coordinating projects, with a focus on smooth process flow and collaboration.
