As CTO / Principal Data & AI Lead at Next Senz, you shape the technical direction of the organization. You combine vision with action: you think strategically, contribute hands-on to solutions, and help the team grow.

## What will you do

You are responsible for the technical proposition and innovation power of Next Senz. You further develop the data and AI vision, guide technical implementation, and ensure quality and scalability in everything you build.

You will be involved in, among other things:

• Hands-on development of smart, scalable data and AI solutions
• Coaching and challenging colleagues on technology, architecture, and implementation
• Providing strategic and technical advice to customers on data infrastructure, machine learning, and AI integration
• Managing tech partners and overseeing quality and delivery
• Thought leadership toward customers, partners, and network

You are the connecting link between strategy, technology, and execution.
