As an AI Specialist, you help colleagues work smarter by transforming data into concrete and actionable solutions. You identify business challenges (including construction, project development, procurement and finance), translate these into practical AI and data-driven applications, and develop and implement solutions that deliver immediate value. You analyze project, financial and administrative data to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities and translate them into smart AI tools. You deliver quick wins that save time, reduce costs or improve quality, clearly present results to users and management, and ensure that solutions are secure, manageable and GDPR-compliant. You measure whether solutions are actually used and add value. You work closely with the business and coordinate with IT, security and privacy.
