# Data Scientist - Responsible GenAI

Join the Responsible GenAI squad to drive the development and implementation of Generative AI solutions. These solutions enhance the customer journey, streamline data processing, answer internal staff queries and generate insights and reports to facilitate workflows.

## Key Responsibilities

• Design and build responsible GenAI via performance monitoring, red teaming and evaluating GenAI models for fairness and bias
• Contribute to building, monitoring and optimizing the performance of GenAI solutions
• Work directly with (internal) customers to learn how processes and systems work
• Be accountable for building responsible and cost effective GenAI solutions for millions of customers
• Enable the performance and monitoring of reusable GenAI building blocks that can be used by 100+ tech teams
• Design and build responsible and cost effective GenAI solutions
• Collaborate with team members to solve critical or complex problems
• Join-forces with peers, experts and stakeholders to provide business value to client customers

You'll be at the forefront of creating tools that tackle complex challenges, improve efficiency and unlock new opportunities. Your work will involve exploring topics such as responsible GenAI, performance monitoring, red teaming and evaluating GenAI models for fairness and bias. The team also develops APIs that help other teams build GenAI solutions faster and more efficiently.
