Verder Liquids - AI Engineer (Business AI Solutions)

As an AI Solutions Engineer, you play a key role in accelerating AI adoption at Verder. You translate business needs into practical AI and data-driven solutions that directly improve how we work and make decisions in the organization.

Based at our headquarters in Vleuten, you join a small international team, working closely with a manager and data analyst from Brussels. As the first AI specialist in the team, you build something from the ground up. You determine how AI, data and automation are applied at Verder and make that impact visible.

In this role, you go beyond contributing. You drive change. You combine a hands-on mentality with a strong understanding of business processes, enabling you to translate real challenges into scalable AI solutions and measurable results. You start with a strong focus on sales processes and analytics, and expand your reach from there as AI becomes a larger part of our organization.
