As a Data Scientist at WPP Media, you are the driving force behind our data-driven marketing. You bring together media and customer data (such as CRM and behavioral data) to answer the most challenging client questions. You are not just programming and modeling; you are an advisor who translates complex insights into concrete recommendations for our clients.
Your key responsibilities:
- Insights & Advice: You are a full-fledged advisor to our clients. You translate their business questions into data solutions and present complex analyses and results in a compelling and clear manner.
- Modeling & Programming: You base client advice on advanced Data Science models, which you develop, implement and maintain. Think of (conversion) attribution models such as Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM), predictive models and (customer) clustering algorithms.
- Data Engineering: You work with diverse data sources and are proficient in accessing and combining data with SQL and NO-SQL (e.g., in Snowflake).
- Collaboration & Innovation: You work in a multidisciplinary team with data strategists, analytics experts and engineers, as well as with media specialists and creatives to develop the best, integrated solutions.
