The service connects to a client's existing Applicant Tracking System and integrates with a proprietary network of up to one billion professionals, eliminating the need for traditional job postings. The core function of the platform is to provide high-quality candidate lists in seconds, significantly reducing the time spent on sourcing. Avery also incorporates an automated evaluation system that screens candidates up to ten times faster than a human recruiter. This system is specifically engineered to read context and identify talent while actively working to reduce unconscious biases in the selection process. Furthermore, the platform augments outreach by allowing recruiters to contact suitable candidates directly through email and LinkedIn InMail without leaving the Avery interface.
