If you run a hospital, a law firm, a bank, a nonprofit sitting on donor records, or any team that has to take security seriously, every off-the-shelf agent setup wanted your prompts and your files on someone else's servers. So you stayed on the sidelines. This is the version that walks right in. Everyone else sends their data to the AI. Here, the AI runs inside your own AWS account, so the data never leaves. Every model call goes through your own Bedrock, your files sit in your own encrypted storage with your own keys, and there are no outside calls to anything like Gemini or OpenAI. Run Claude through the Anthropic and AWS partnership, or open models like Qwen and Mistral, even Amazon's own Nova and Titan, all in-account. Every action is tied to a real person in an audit log that cannot be edited. Kill switches and a one-click panic button can shut any service off. A scan checks every response for personal data, keys, and tokens before it ever leaves. Least-privilege roles keep people to exactly what they should see, and the whole thing scores itself against SOC 2 and HIPAA based on your live setup. It is not Fort Knox, and you will still want your security team on it, but it is a real starting point instead of a hard no. I spent more than a month and almost ten million tokens building this on AWS Bedrock, and in this video I walk through the whole blueprint, how it is built and why, so you can emulate it for a client, for your own organization, or port the same playbook to Azure or Google Cloud. Even as a non-technical operator, you can draft a v0 and hand it to your team. It is not about smarter agents. It is about agents you are actually allowed to use. Grab the free Enterprise OS Blueprint Kit in the second link. You get the full blueprint of the system, a copy of the slide deck, and the AWS CLI prompt pack to get started. It will not build it for you, but it will put you on the right path. If your organization wants this built, book a call. --- 0:00 - Jarvis gives me the morning brief 0:52 - This wasn't OpenClaw or Hermes 2:03 - A tour of the command center 9:09 - The 5 things enterprise actually cares about 9:47 - The question that gets AI banned at work 10:31 - Mapping a personal build to enterprise services 14:08 - Letting Claude Code drive AWS for you 15:57 - The whole architecture in one diagram 17:30 - What happens to a single message 19:26 - Using cheaper models for the grunt work 20:47 - The six security domains 24:41 - Scanning every response for leaks 25:20 - Talking to your data, in-account 29:22 - Adding your team with roles 30:41 - How Jarvis stays read-only 33:31 - Who this is for (and who it isn't) --- #ClaudeCode #EnterpriseAI #AgenticAI #AWSBedrock #AIOperatingSystem #DataSovereignty #AICompliance #SelfHostedAI #AIAgents #SOC2 #HIPAA #SecureAI #AIforBusiness #MissionControl #ClaudeClaw
