As a Senior Data Scientist, you are a key force within adesso's Data & AI team. You lead projects from exploration to implementation, translate business questions into working models, and help organizations become structurally data-driven. You collaborate with data engineers, business analysts, and clients on solutions at the intersection of machine learning, cloud, and generative AI.

Your responsibilities:

• You lead data science projects with a focus on business value
• You design and implement scalable ML and GenAI solutions
• You translate analyses into concrete recommendations for stakeholders
• You guide models from experiment to production
• You mentor junior and mid-level data scientists
• You contribute to internal knowledge, standards, and product development
• You stay current with developments in AI, MLOps, and data platforms
