What you will do
As Senior Data Scientist Retail Media you work within Albert Heijn's Data Science & Analytics team on advanced data and model solutions for retail media campaigns. You take a leading role in designing, building and improving prediction, attribution and optimisation models (online & in-store). You combine analysis, modelling and experimentation to solve complex commercial challenges end-to-end, work with large datasets (click, search, campaign and transaction data) in Python and PySpark, and translate these into scalable solutions. You take end-to-end responsibility for data and model solutions: from problem definition to implementation, adoption and further development. You develop analytical standards and contribute to the quality, reusability and robustness of models. You engage independently with stakeholders, present insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, mentor and coach junior and mid-level data scientists/analysts, and contribute to the further development of Retail Media Analytics. You provide strategic advice on AI and GenAI applications.
Salary
€112.000 per jaar bruto (inclusief 8% vakantiegeld)
