# Intern - AI & Analytics Solutions

At Avanade, you work on innovative graduation projects using modern data technologies and AI techniques. You are part of an enthusiastic group of approximately 40 interns per year and work closely with senior engineers, developers and architects.

## Possible graduation projects:

### 1. AI-Supported Decision Recommendations in Analytics Solutions
Investigate how AI can generate decision recommendations in a responsible and explainable manner. You explore decision support, recommendation logic and ethical considerations (bias, accountability, human control). Using public or synthetic data, you create a Power BI proof of concept with AI-supported recommendations, including evidence, assumptions and uncertainty indicators.

### 2. Natural Language Analytics over a Semantic Model (GenAI)
Investigate how Generative AI enables natural language analytics while ensuring consistency with business definitions. You explore natural language analytics, semantic modelling and business glossaries. Design a Power BI proof of concept where GenAI assists in interpreting naturally phrased questions, while calculations remain based on predefined business semantics.
