AI Coordinator for the Dutch Tax Authority (Benefits Directorate). You coordinate the implementation of AI work and ensure that AI applications become scalable, responsible, and embedded in daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Translate AI use cases into concrete products and prioritize and guide implementation toward production
- Break down questions into functional and technical building blocks and guide short-cycle iterations
- Identify and remove bottlenecks that slow AI implementation
- Assess implementations against algorithm safeguards and integrate AI-specific risks (hallucinations, bias, transparency) into existing frameworks
- Manage ongoing AI cases to ensure required safeguards are realized on time
- Coordinate technical setup and infrastructure for data products toward production
- Accelerate time-to-market from prototype to production
- Drive cultural change around AI: discuss uncertainty, strengthen AI awareness, and create a learning environment
Profile:
- University-level competency with minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Minimum 5 years of change management experience
- Project management skills; IPMA or Lean Belt certification and Agile/SAFe
- Demonstrated team leadership capabilities
