# Data Science Manager
Lead and grow a team of talented Data Scientists delivering data-driven solutions across Europe for industrial customers in Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities, and Manufacturing.
## Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Data Scientists across Europe, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning
- Provide technical leadership on data science methodologies, machine learning, optimization, and GenAI applications
- Drive successful delivery of customer projects ensuring high-quality, scalable outcomes
- Partner with customers and stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify data science opportunities
- Support development and deployment of scalable solutions for customer use cases
- Guide teams through data exploration, cleansing, feature engineering, model development, deployment, and operationalization
- Champion adoption of GenAI techniques to enhance decision-making
- Ensure best practices across model development, deployment, software engineering, and project delivery
- Contribute to reusable solution templates, frameworks, and data science standards
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Delivery teams
- Support customers in conducting advanced data science activities
- Participate in hiring, workforce planning, performance management, and career development
