# Support Engineer
Content Guru is seeking a technically trained Support Engineer to deliver exceptional technical solutions to customers. As part of the global Support team, you are responsible for delivering customer experience and continuous service improvement.
## Core Responsibilities
- Ownership and management of customer incidents from initial report to resolution
- Prioritisation and categorisation of issues, with escalation where necessary
- Delivery of software or infrastructure updates as part of the solution process
- Application of structured troubleshooting methodologies for diagnosis and resolution
- Clear and proactive communication with customers
- Building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with customers
- Delivering excellent customer service
## Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in STEM or Computer Science
- Fluent/native Dutch and English
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Experience communicating technical information to diverse audiences
- Previous experience in customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
