# Support Engineer
Content Guru is seeking a technically skilled Support Engineer for its global support team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional technical solutions to customers and contribute to continuous service improvement.
## Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer incidents from initial reporting through resolution
- Prioritize and categorize issues, escalating when necessary
- Roll out software or infrastructure updates as part of the resolution procedure
- Follow structured troubleshooting methodologies for diagnosis and problem-solving
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with customers
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers
- Deliver excellent customer service
## Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in STEM or Computer Science-related field
- Fluent/native Dutch and English
- Strong technical skills and problem-solving ability
- Experience communicating technical information to diverse audiences
- Previous experience in customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
