# Support Engineer

Content Guru is seeking a technically skilled Support Engineer for its global support team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional technical solutions to customers and contribute to continuous service improvement.

## Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer incidents from initial reporting through resolution
  • Prioritize and categorize issues, escalating when necessary
  • Roll out software or infrastructure updates as part of the resolution procedure
  • Follow structured troubleshooting methodologies for diagnosis and problem-solving
  • Maintain clear and proactive communication with customers
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers
  • Deliver excellent customer service

## Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in STEM or Computer Science-related field
  • Fluent/native Dutch and English
  • Strong technical skills and problem-solving ability
  • Experience communicating technical information to diverse audiences
  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
