## What you'll be doing

Within 1 month:
- Ship your first meaningful contribution
- Fix real bugs from the backlog

- Work confidently across the full stack: database queries to frontend components

## Who we're looking for
We care more about how you think and build than your background. Whether your experience comes from production systems, hackathons, open-source projects, or university labs—if you've shipped real things and care about craft, we want to hear from you.
Required:
- Strong TypeScript skills on both frontend and backend
- Familiarity with a server-side framework (Node.js, Python, or similar)
- Experience with a modern frontend framework (preferably Angular)
- Solid grasp of web fundamentals: HTTP, REST APIs, JSON
- Working knowledge of SQL
Bonus points:
- Built something AI-powered
- Shipped under pressure (hackathons, 48-hour sprints, solo launches)
- Experience with microservices, Docker, or Kubernetes
- Touched a cloud platform
- Have a GitHub, portfolio, or demo to show
