## The challenge
Do you want to pursue a traineeship and stay up-to-date technically in a rapidly changing world? As an ambitious young professional with a passion for data, you get the opportunity to develop further at leading organizations. At the same time, you follow education during working hours. You will be pursuing a postgraduate Master's in Data Science & AI at Eindhoven University of Technology. Within three years, you grow into an expert in your field of specialization, with valuable work experience under your belt.

## What will you do?
During this mastership, you are responsible for collecting, analyzing, and managing datasets to improve products, services, and business decisions. Your tasks can be part of your work:

• Collecting and analyzing data from various sources
• Managing data visualizations such as charts and dashboards
• Performing data quality controls and data cleansing
• Developing models using machine learning techniques and algorithms

You start with the onboarding program, then you begin with an operational assignment of 3 to 6 months at one of our clients. As a trainee, you develop during this postgraduate program into, for example, a Data Analyst, AI Process Analyst, or Business Analyst.

## Your postgraduate program
As a professional in this field, you must have sufficient knowledge and skills to transform data into valuable insights and smart solutions. You follow the learning path 'Data & AI for Experts' for professionals who want to develop machine learning solutions and understand the business impact of data science. With this, you achieve your 'Certified Lead Data Scientist' at postgraduate level by EAISI Academy, Eindhoven University after 3 years.

You will work 40 hours per week and receive 50 half-day lessons distributed over 3 years (almost 2 hours per week, exclusively during working hours). You follow the program both at the office and from home.

• Monthly salary (including 8.33% holiday allowance) of € 3,225,- with own transport or € 3,000,- with lease car (without personal contribution)
