# Mastership Data Science & AI

Would you like to pursue a traineeship while staying up-to-date in your field in a rapidly changing world? This Mastership offers ambitious young professionals with a passion for data the opportunity to develop themselves further at leading organizations, while pursuing a post-master's degree in Data Science & AI at Eindhoven University of Technology.

## The role

During this mastership, you are responsible for:

• Collecting and analyzing data from diverse sources
• Managing data visualizations such as charts and dashboards
• Performing data quality checks and data cleansing
• Developing models using machine learning techniques and algorithms

You work 40 hours per week and attend 50 half-day lessons spread over 3 years (approximately 2 hours per week), entirely during work hours.

## The post-master's degree

For three years, you pursue a post-master's degree in Data Science & AI at TU Eindhoven, where you deepen your knowledge in topics such as big data, data-driven management, and machine learning. After 3 years, you obtain your 'Certified Lead Data Scientist' qualification at post-master level from EAISI Academy. The program combines theory and practice with guidance from experienced professionals, professors, and your own mentor from TU Eindhoven.

## Start

You begin with the best onboarding program in the Netherlands, followed by an operational assignment of 3 to 6 months with one of the clients. Afterwards, you are deployed for periods of 3 to 12 months at, for example, a.s.r., Nationale Nederlanden, or organizations in the public sector.

• Monthly salary (including 8.33% holiday pay) of €3,225 with your own transportation or €3,000 with a lease car (no personal contribution)

## You

• Have completed a university master's degree in a STEM field (econometrics, computer science, physics, or similar)
• 40 hours availability
• Strong proficiency in Dutch (C1)
• Willingness to travel within the Randstad region
• Enthusiastic about working on a secondment basis
• 110% commitment to pursuing your post-master's degree
• Knowledge and experience with Python, SQL, and Power BI
