## The Challenge

Would you like to pursue a traineeship while staying up-to-date in your field in a rapidly changing world? This Mastership offers you the opportunity to develop further at leading organizations. You'll pursue a post-master's degree in Data Science & AI at Eindhoven University of Technology while working. Within three years, you'll grow into an expert in your field, with valuable work experience.

## What Will You Do?

You'll be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and managing datasets to improve products, services, and business decisions. Your tasks include:

• Collecting and analyzing data from diverse sources
• Managing data visualizations such as charts and dashboards
• Performing data quality checks and data cleansing
• Developing models using machine learning techniques and algorithms

## Your Post-Master's Program

You'll follow a 3-year post-master's program at TU Eindhoven, specially designed to deepen your knowledge and skills in Data Science & AI. You'll work 40 hours per week and receive 50 half-day lessons spread over 3 years (nearly 2 hours per week), entirely during work time. After 3 years, you'll earn your 'Certified Lead Data Scientist' post-master's certificate through EAISI Academy.

## What Do We Offer?

• Monthly salary of €3,225 (including 8.33% holiday allowance) with personal vehicle, or €3,000 with company car

## Who Are You?

• Completed university master's degree in sciences (econometrics, computer science, physics, etc.)
• 40-hour availability
• Strong Dutch language proficiency (C1)
