Senior Data Scientist Energy Forecasting

As a Data Scientist at Kenter and Groendus, you work in the forecasting & optimization team. You are responsible for:

• Implementation of improvements to current predictive models
• Writing production-level code
• Shaping the vision for further development of the forecasting platform and integration in control processes
• Contributing to optimization of portfolio decisions, such as imbalance minimization
• Coaching and mentoring junior colleagues

You help expand the forecasting and data platform, bring product development ideas to the roadmap and become a subject matter expert for energy-related domains. The role requires independence and adaptability with shifting priorities. You work in an open and collaborative environment at the Utrecht office in Central Park, one minute's walk from Utrecht Central Station.
