AI Engineer

As a Medior AI Engineer in our AI for Corporate team:

• You design and build Generative AI and NLP solutions that make internal HR & Finance processes smarter, faster, and AI-Native.
• You work on concrete use-cases such as AI agents for HR/Finance, automated invoice scanning, approval workflows and predictive models.
• You take independent ownership of features — from idea to production — with a focus on scalable, reliable and maintainable AI services.
• You are a bridge-builder between technical and non-technical teams, you challenge assumptions, ask critical questions and build strong domain knowledge and understanding.
• You combine AI expertise with a production mindset and software engineering quality.

Team & work model: You work hybrid with flexible work-from-home options. You meet up on Mondays in Rotterdam and Thursdays in Amsterdam. Regular AI knowledge-sharing and community events.
