Salesforce is hiring AI Builders for early-career professionals with strong technical foundations and ambitious aspirations. As part of the first-of-its-kind AI Builder New Grad cohort, you'll be embedded directly with customer-facing teams, designing, developing, and deploying Agentic solutions for Fortune 500 companies.

## The AI Builder Experience

AI-Powered Development: Develop real customer solutions using leading-edge AI tools including Cursor, Claude, and Salesforce's coding products like Vibes to accelerate development.

Dedicated Mentorship: Work as part of a program focused on hands-on technical skill development, shadowing opportunities, and meaningful networking. You'll be paired with a dedicated onboarding buddy and have the opportunity to partner with senior developers.

Skill Acceleration: This role develops both technical depth and sales skills, ensuring you can lead high-level conversations with stakeholders.

## What You'll Be Building

• Develop AI agents that take real actions for real companies in production environments running for major companies globally
• Design Agent Intelligence: architect how agents think through prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and the entire architecture using AI/LLM technologies and the Agentforce platform
• Support the entire Technical Lifecycle: collaborate to architect, build, debug, and deploy high-quality, scalable production systems using JavaScript, Python, and Apex
• Drive Strategic Impact: partner with clients to turn business challenges into agentic solutions using consultative skills
• Iterate and Deploy: own your work from day one, testing, breaking, fixing, and shipping solutions

## Requirements

• Strong background in Computer Science or related engineering discipline
• Deep experience with LLMs and prompt engineering
• Fluency in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, OOP, and Real-Time Infrastructure
• Ability to hold your own in rooms with sales teams and customers
• High-quality code writing and engineering rigor in evaluating AI outputs
• Strong problem-solving instincts, relentless initiative, and get-things-done mentality
• Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time, working directly with customers
• Fluency in Danish and English
