# Technical Consultant AI Solutions
At SevenLab we're looking for a technically strong consultant who translates customer problems into working AI solutions. You are the link between customer, technology and team.
## Responsibilities
- Analyze customer questions and work with them to clarify what the real problem is
- Lead discovery sessions and workshops
- Translate business needs into digital solutions with AI components
- Independently set up initial versions, prototypes or MVPs using modern AI tools
- Assess whether solutions are logical, reliable and workable in practice
- Involve customers in choices, trade-offs and risks
- Collaborate with specialized engineers when additional expertise is needed
- Contribute to continuously improving our approach
## Requirements
- Quickly understand customer problems and dig deeper with follow-up questions
- Translate complex situations into clear, pragmatic solutions
- Technically strong enough to independently build prototypes/applications with modern AI tools
- Good judgment about what you can handle alone, what requires collaboration and when to bring in specialists
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with customers
- Take ownership and convert ambiguity into direction and results
## Preferred
- Experience with AI applications, automation or digital transformation
- Experience in a role where technology and customer contact intersect
- Affinity for security, privacy and quality in production environments
