## Responsibilities
- Build modern web applications and AI solutions with our stack
- Set up and develop frontend and backend within a fullstack JavaScript/TypeScript environment
- Work on AI features, agent flows and integrations with tools and external systems
- Rapidly deliver first versions, prototypes and MVPs, then iterate toward stable production solutions
- Critically review and improve AI-generated code for quality, maintainability and reliability
- Contribute to architecture, data structures, validation, testing approach and performance
- Collaborate with AI solutions consultant to translate solution directions into working software
- Help make the development approach smarter, faster and more consistent
## Requirements
- Several years of experience building web applications or software products
- Strong in modern frontend and backend development with JavaScript or TypeScript
- Comfortable in an environment where you switch quickly, own much of the work and actively use AI tools
- Able to critically assess code quality, structure, testability and maintainability
- Understand how applications are set up for production
- Work independently and collaborate well with consultants and engineers
- Communicate clearly in Dutch and English
