# PLC Programmer
Working at an international company that produces high-tech sorting machines for the food and beverage industry. As a PLC Programmer, you are responsible for designing, programming and configuring PLC control systems.
## Responsibilities
- Design, program and configure PLC control systems
- Programming in Siemens TIA Portal and Siemens S7
- Analyse existing PLC control systems and optimization
- Test and commission PLC control systems
- Work on new projects and optimization of existing PLC automation projects
- Develop algorithms and classification methods for determining external product quality
## Requirements
- Minimum HBO degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation or Control Engineering
- Experience as a PLC Programmer or in a similar role
- Interest in building and designing control solutions for machines
- Knowledge of PLC systems such as Siemens S7 and Allen Bradley
- Willingness to work occasionally abroad
- Professional proficiency in Dutch language; English is appreciated
