# Senior System Architecture Instructor at TripleTen
Join TripleTen as a Senior System Architecture Instructor to lead and mentor experienced engineers transitioning into system architecture roles.
## What you will do:
- Host weekly live sessions focused on system design, service architecture, scalability, and architectural trade-offs
- Run group office hours and 1:1 mentoring sessions for students working through projects and capstone exercises
- Review student projects including architecture dossiers, deployed backends, cloud infrastructure, performance reports, and security reviews
- Provide architectural feedback and critique on design decisions, interfaces, and project scope
- Run mock architecture review boards and simulated executive-panel presentations with structured, senior-level critique
- Set technical standards for a team of supporting instructors and serve as escalation point for architecture and design questions

## Requirements:
- 5+ years as a senior software/systems architect, platform engineer, or senior backend/infrastructure engineer
- Proven track record designing and shipping systems at scale in real companies
- Deep expertise across system design, API and service architecture, cloud infrastructure, and distributed systems
- Ability to diagnose and critique architecture live
- Strong technical communication skills and comfort leading live sessions
- English C1+ level (instruction and review in English for US-based audience)
- Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day technical work
